I kindly ask for a 24hrs notice before your appointment if a schedule adjustment is needed. Notices under 24 hr will be charged 50% cancellation fee of booked services. Cancellations at time of your scheduled appointment or no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. No show / no text will be denied from any future services. 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. 15+ minutes your appointment may be canceled, I try my best to accommodate if you are running behind however in the case that your appointment a fee of 50% of booked service will charged. Please understand that your scheduled appointment Is reserved for you and only you. When you cancel or reschedule last minute I lose the opportunity to fill in that appointment spot. Thank you!
